Keith Schiszik and Mary Anne Day have each been practicing law for 30 years. We joined forces in 1998 to create the law firm - Day and Schiszik. Hundreds of satisfied clients later and we are still going strong. Irwin Goldberg, who also has 30 years of experience, became associated with our firm as “of counsel” in 2007.
What we offer:
Decades of experience. Expertise and knowledge. Simple honesty. Integrity. Effective legal representation. Informality - no pretentious lawyers here. Streamlined service.
We aim to resolve disputes. We aim to educate and inform you - even if that news is difficult to deliver.
What we won’t offer:
Pit-bull tactics. Box seats at the ballpark. Five-star accommodations.
Pit-bull tactics destroy people and families and we strongly believe they are not effective in protecting our clients’ best interests. We work with our clients to establish a well thought-out strategy for resolving the case and meeting your long-term goals. We know how to stand firm and be tough - but in an effective manner. If you’re looking to find a firm to inflict pain - for pain’s sake – we can refer you to other lawyers, but we aren’t the firm for you.
We aim to please our clients with our service - not with perks designed to impress. You won’t find a fancy office with a latte on the side. But, we will offer a professional office from a historic rowhouse within walking distance to the courthouse. And our coffee isn’t fancy - but it isn’t too bad, either.
